Website and Inquiry Terms

Website Purpose
The website presents customization capabilities, reference styles and a business inquiry route. It is not a retail store, and displaying a product does not confirm stock, price, capacity or acceptance of an order.
Reference Content
Concept images, placeholders and reference designs are identified where applicable. Final products are governed by the approved CAD, sample, specification, quotation and written order documents.
Quotations & Orders
Prices, minimum quantities, sample fees, lead times, reports, packaging, payment and delivery terms become binding only when stated in an accepted written quotation or agreement.
Intellectual Property
Do not submit material you are not authorized to use. Ownership and permitted use of buyer files, developed CAD, molds, samples, photography and production tooling must be stated in the project documents.
Accuracy & Availability
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but materials, stones, timelines and processes remain project-dependent. We may correct errors or update non-binding website content.
Third-Party Services
Links to laboratories, trading platforms or other providers are provided for buyer convenience. Their services, reports and availability remain subject to their own terms.
Liability & Governing Terms
Commercial liability, warranties, remedies, governing law and dispute procedures must be agreed in the signed transaction documents. Add the final legal entity and jurisdiction before launch.
