SAMPLE POLICY
A Sample Is a Documented Approval Stage
This policy describes the intended sample workflow. Exact fees, credits, revisions, ownership and timing must be written into each quotation before work begins.
Sample Scope
A sample quotation should identify the style, material, stone route, size, finish, branding, packaging, required evidence and the output being approved.
Sample & Tooling Fees
CAD, prototype, mold, material, stone, report, packaging and shipping fees may be charged separately. Any refund or credit against bulk production applies only when expressly written in the quotation.
Lead Time
The sample schedule begins after required payment, complete specifications and CAD approval. Material availability, revisions, reports and shipping can change the target date.
Revisions
Included revision rounds and what counts as a new brief must be defined before work begins. Changes after CAD or sample approval may require a new fee and schedule.
Approval
The buyer should approve the named CAD version and physical sample in writing. Production should not rely on an unversioned chat image when it conflicts with the released specification.
Ownership & Retention
Payment of a development fee does not automatically transfer every CAD file, mold or production method. Ownership, usage rights, storage and disposal should be stated in the project documents.
Shipping & Risk
Sample shipping method, customs charges, declared value, insurance and delivery responsibility are confirmed in the quotation or shipping instruction.
