Prototype & Mold
Create the approved physical reference and reusable tooling when required.
Casting
Prepare and cast the selected gold alloy for the approved design.
Pre-Finishing
Clean, shape, assemble and prepare surfaces before setting.
Stone Setting
Match the stone map and secure center and accent stones.
Final Finishing
Polish visible surfaces and check color and finish consistency.
Inspection & Pack
Release only after order matching, final checks and pack-out confirmation.
